History:  2008 was a big year for Michael playing in the Australian Universities team to win the students World Cup and then making his Qld Cup debut for the Mackay Cutters. Earlier in the year he played in the Mackay Foley Shield side and has played A grade for Souths in the Mackay competition since 2007. He is now looking for opportunities in the Toyota Cup for 2009 with his ultimate goal to play NRL
